my fps is 28 and ping around 30 ish why is my car driving so slow all today any suggestions on what i could do

Try reducing your graphic settings. Most people on our server run mta with a constant 39.
I've got an average of about 20, so I always see everybody passing by in the straights.

mine is normally 39 but today it was down to 20 which was odd and everybody was passing on the straights for me wasnt as fast pulling off, might reinstall my pc see if that helps

it works fine now reinstalled windows 7 and its better than before
