Wierd connection problem

Can somebody suggest a program that can identify which program use internet? I think I have a trojan or spy on my pc.

My ping is around 300 in all online games. MTA, L4D, BBC2. I stoped every program that may use internet connection (IRC, torrente, ect), but I have got 300 ping for 3-4 days.
When I turn off my router or disable the connaction and start it again my ping is ok. Around 40 or less, but few minutes later it goes up to 300 again.

well 1st thing's 1st:

either run this http://www.superantispyware.com/index.html

or

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro

then when it finds everything it needs to find, play with this

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/awpta.html (dont worry when it doesnt show anything, just wait it's a bit slow)

Problem solved. Ad-Aware have found 3 trojan, but they were innocent. It is my PunkBuster.

And you can also identify which programs are useing your internet connection:

1.) Start task manager

Thanks. Everything seems fine. I think its time for a new ISP. I'm barely getting 3Mb...
