My mta today for some reason when connecting to any server on 1.3 it will crash, it goes to the main screen bit when it loads but then it just crashes back to the desktop, does anyone know what to do? I have tried uninstalling my mta then reinstalling it, and my version of mta is steam...
Anyone help me out?

Check your gta sa version number. As far as I know mta do not really like the steam version.

| i've had the steam version for ages and no problems until 1.3 until today, im not quite sure what has happened...

What is your GTA SA version number? Steam has a bad habit to upgrade your game automatically.
MTA is working only with GTA SA 1.0. So you have to downgrade it and disable auto update on steam.

Did you do any updates if so what was your old version and what was your new?
Also try putting off compatibility mode for both gta_sa.exe and mta.

| Well, i would see if i can turn the compatibility mode off for my gta but my computer seems to be having a spaz attack and keeps un-responding when i get near to the destination folder...
