|
|
Hey! I got an object which I want to use in my map, but I need to brighten it a bit up in 3ds max studio. I've tried some stuff but nothing really works for me. That's how does look my object
How can I make it to look exactly like original one?

In the modifiers list where you normally find turbosmooth, uvw map etc find:
vertex paint
a new little window will open, click on black rectangle to choose the colour:
If the object is lit by the sun then 70,70,70 if it is in the shadow: 20,20,20
Click on the paint bucket to coulour in the whole object, you will not see any difference in the viewport.
When exporting the DFF, (KAMS Script) right at the top of the 'Export' rollout:
if the model is a car, leave everything alone If the model is an object like that thendeselect all options and only select UV and VCol
Collapse the modifier and check in MTA
