I've started redesigning Tampa and those black squares under car plates confuse me. I just dont know what they are. Stop lights? Fog lights? Grille? Hidden rockets?

Seems like a strange place for a vent/grille, but I guess thats what they could be. Maybe they're your stinger deployment holes, as the picture says. xD
