well im playing on DM and this kid starts to go all NERD RAGE on me cos i said that he was camping, (wich he was, he was afk for a couple of games, then he was eating whie playing and stoping all the time...) and after a while he said a few things like '' i hope you and your entire family die'', ''your country this and your country that.... etc..'' so i maybe a week mute for 'komander' will be good, im not saying ban him im just asking to shut him up.

I'm sure he is not the 1st player who swears and talks about bull shit..I think it's okay(let the children be idiot if they want to). But if someone speaks in an other language is unacceptable, especially it's one of the most important and known rule on the server.

Then here is something:
I used to play SW Jedi academy online, and I wanted to join to a clan but there were some conditions.
So why don't you use a system like that before someone gets the full membership. For example: That person have to show his race/dd/dm skills, or ask them what would you do if: "someone speaks in an other language. How much time would you like to give him?"
Or something like that.
And if you and others think that he deserved to be a clan member than give him.
