Unless you have EVIDENCE of your bike being robbed such as a broken chain lock, or soem footage and if you have insurance you may get somewhere. Even then they try to make another excuse.

If you DON'T have Insurance, you've probabilly been jacked up for good.
If you DO have Insurance and NO PROOF, you've still been jacked up for good.
If you DO have Insurance and DO have PROOF, you MAY have a SLIM chance.

(how the hell did you manage to get jacked btw?)

My "book" as you called it didn't get "jacked", nor was it left unsecured and in sight of any foot pedestrians or vehicles passing by on the road, therefore they have seen it before, followed me, stolen to order, stolen for drugs, whatever. It was locked up, properly, steel cable round the frame and padlocked, but they even nicked the steel cable lock. "DO have PROOF", well, the camera caught the Chav covering his face and carrying his bolt cutters, going out of sight again and then appearing back on camera riding it. It was spotted the same day up North Bay by one of my mates with one of the lads being a retard and pouring coke over the brakes.
