|
|
I've got a little problem and it is confusing the hell out of me. Sometimes ingame, if I hit somthing or get hit hard my steering cuts out. I thought it was me game pad, but I changed pad and it still happens. And when I get the steering back I sometimes don't get the full range of steering. Now I was wondering if there was anything in the scripts that might be causing it, because I went on littlewhiteys and the problem was worse. If anyone can shed some light on why this might be happening I would be most grateful

Well, I reckon your first problem is spelling. Steering dude. Steering
But on a more serious note, no don't think it could possibly be the scripts. I'm no expert on them but they wouldn't know weather you were using a gamepad or a banana to control the game.
I would say it is a GTA contol issue. Or maybe your drivers. Tried re-installing/updating?

It's just hit me! It's gotta be power related. I get hit, and what happens? Rumble kicks in and sucks all the power causing the controller to drop out. Gotta be

You are the weakest link, goodbye!
IG, i was going mention recalibrating, or if you had rumble enabled, and if so try disabling it.

Or a loose PS2 Controller Adapter like mine which kept falling out. Sometimes the connectors can wear out when you keep removing and re-inserting the cable in and out of the USB slot.
