I have had this car for a little while now. 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT, really a great car: tons of grip, pretty quick, and it sounds pretty good. It is a 6-Speed manual transmission with a 1.8 and 175 HP. It also has alloys!
I have not really beat it up too much I bumped a curb and busted a tire and bumped someone on a track but that is really it.
But my questions are as follows ( for the auto mechanic types )
1) Sometimes when I idle I'll put it in neutral and my RPM's will drop to about 800...and it rumbles pretty hard. Now it really hasn't every rumbled quite as hard as it is now, it is enough to spill a drink that is almost to the brim.
2) I'll take it around a track etc. and will try to double clutch and my car will sort of hiccup, as if I was still and revved the engine up and dumped the clutch...the sort of "jump" the car does
Most everyone where I live doesn't even drive a manual transmission or has ever tried
Thanks in advance, here are some pics for your eyes
Filling up -> a full tank is about $50 USD (31 Pounds)
Dash, featuring a faggot
It has been thoroughly used...
Nice dash

Well jr there is a regular version and then the "sport" version (GT) with is the manual version. See around here for a car to be "sport" it is manual.
Is that what you mean

Guy comes in to boast that he is the cool kid on the block driving a manual.
Guy talks about "Dumping the clutch", "taking the car on track".
Guy comes here and basically asks "Why is my clutch fucked"
DOOM, do you even know what a clutch is?
