I've taken a vid with my old smartphone. The problem is that sometimes the image freezes, but the sound goes on... after a few secs the movie goes on too. Unfortunately the part between it is the best, so I'm intrested in getting it repaired. I've tried different things - unsuccessfully. 
Maybe somebody of you has experiences with it & could give me a tip.

Is it lagging on your phone or only on PC?
Maybe you can render it again with Sony Vegas, but I am not 100% sure SV can handle phone vids. Probably you will need a video codec for this.

well, the original video file from my phone is lagging and i ve tried with a lot of media players (on pc) to make it running, but unsuccessfully

| Do you think it's maybe the phone and not the video cse? Like he said it's an old smartphone, maybe it just is having a hard time playing the video?
