Ok well, I've been with "Supa"net since about 2 years ago, starting off on a 1mb Modem then eventually having a 8mb Wireless Router, which I still don't use for wireless. Connections were fine, as far as I can remember. But now? 150+ Ping on all games, no matter what I do, even without any other programs at ALL using the internet running, just usually MTA, and tonight is the worst it's ever been I believe, since I can't even connect to any servers for more than 10secs before timing out, waiting a minute or two for a website to load only for the connection to time out. Supanet provides my "broadband" (More like dial up at the moment to be honest.) with TalkTalk being our landline provider, also offering us broadband. Â£21 for the broadband from Supanet, and if we try to cancel so we can join TalkTalk for broadband too instead of these useless retards, we have to pay the remaining contract anyway, even if we don't actually have them for those months. Which is just great when your in my situation and they don't even know what the problem is. So technically I'm tied into this shitty connection, either putting up with it or paying for the future of useless months and then subsequently being able to get rid of the assholes for good..[/endrant] I'm pissed off. :roll:

omg, didnt saw, y so expensive? i pay 27 $ every month (5120/5120 kbps or 100 mbps with 20 Gb included) + homenet with various resources, but this doesn't make my ping lower than 56...(on rus servers ping is stable 8-16)

And that's why it's stupid to cancel and have to pay like Â£104 quid for a few months in which they won't even actually provide us with internet. Bunch of pricks. Along side that, if you cancel you have to pay the remaining months like I've already said, until your "Minimum Period" of service is over, which for me is around 5 Months, so 5 x Â£21, plus a Â£40 cancellation fee, then plus the new cost of having another Broadband provider that will hopefully be better connection and service since it will be with the same landline provider.

Probably not, however, the fact that you couldn't get out of this contract until you had paid off the remaining months was not expressed UNTIL I had already signed up to it..
