I just went for another interview at Halfords, for an IT helpdesk type role, just through an Agency, but i need to get my foot through the door somehow!
We are all losing our jobs soon at KwikFit soon, so i need something before July! OMFG my fingers and toes are crossed lmfao.
So i could be one of those people telling the user to try "turning it off n on again".....sounds good to me lol

You'd be the best customer service, HT. I can see you sitting on the desk sleeping through calls as they would be easy to deal with you.
A typical caller would say...
Customer: "Hello there, my computer doesn't work and I just brought it today"
HT: "Good Morning there. You need to turn on your monitor. It's a button you click just below the screen."
Customer: "It works! Oh my god! You are a genius! Thank you very much!"
Anyway HT the best of lucks with your interview and hope you will deal with me when my PC messes up sometimes too.

Excuse me killer, but Halfords don't sell computers?!
I think he means IT within the company...
But good luck HT!
I'm doing an 8-week placement this summer, carrying out a waste audit on a building contractors... First proper office job I've had, need to go buy some shirts and stuff! lol.
