I have seen you hax before but we will see what Acid says about it and he can share his opinions with us. Do remember you have proven to others that you have haxed in the past and the problem (not a problem) is that us "SKC"s do not tolerate any kind of untolerable behaviour. If you have been seen haxing in the past, the chances are you are less likely to survive on our server in the furure. This has been proven with the Merlin case and Hydro case. They are not to be seen again as WE DO NOT TOLERATE UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR Haxing, ramming, abusing and any physical contact (:P) is under our state of the arts law. Follow it and you will be freely allowed to play on our server. Even though we are not comfortable about you being on our server we let you off, but remember some are strongly obeying the rules and I see nothing wrong with that.

If you are a 100% sure he haxxes (i mean s0beit and flying stuff,not 'thinking' he accelerates a tiny bit faster) feel free to ban him. Just remember admins: If u ban someone,always make sure you have a very good reason to protect your actions if that certain person comes complaining

Whiskey/Dave u can check the log to see exactly what happened and maybe post it here.. i'd say this time acid abused his powers a little too much..

Uhm, unless he was banned, then reset his IP and this conversation between him and Acid is a result of Acid banning him previously? Look, as one of the people a while back who only had the power to kick (lol level 3) who had to spend about 30 mins of their time kicking a hacking fuck (pardon me french) and this person who constantly rejoined under different names therefore I had to spend more time doing a PMA on every player that joined, I sincerely back up anyone who bans him.

We don't want that sort of behaviour on the SKC server, that's what sets us appart from the others.
