ye i know, but they already banned most of them or can somehow detect wether its a proxy or not. I've tried around 10 different ones and none of them work...

Its perfectly legal and supported by all major record labels. You can only stream though, so there's no way of downloading the songs to your hdd or ipod.

My entire mp3 collection on my old harddrive that i've yet to transfer that i built up over 5 years i downloaded through Soulseek, not only do u get the most recent releases but really obscure stuff too, just about anything you fancy some fucker will have it.
It's crowning glory is the ability to browse any users shared folder/folders and download direct from their computer. Some users have thousands of mp3s, it's great for discovering new music, typically non-mainstream. I highly recommend it.

It's ok if there's something you really want and you live in the outer hebrides miles away from civilization, like Game or HMV lol. Then again do they even have tinterwb up there!?
Friend of mine uses Limewire and swears by it for downloading films, says it's usually done with a couple of hours.
