What a cool game it is, the new grid imo but better loads of visuals for your motor, advanced tuning for ur cars or basic if you dont know what ur realy doing, shit loads of performance upgrades, loads of cool cars and some pro tracks.The online side is pretty good but again not server based online modes are timetrial,race and drift. It also has ingame friend messenger n you can compare toptimes etc,my username is SKCDop3man83uk add me if you have it

the game is great if u dont play with with keyboard/mouse and if u have a nvidia gfx card... i cant play more than 2-3 races and the game is not responding and i have to restart pc to be able to run it again

i got a gamepad so i can play it well; i even get good fps with all gfx settings maxed out and 2xAA... the only problem is that not responding bug.. i get a 50% chance that the game will not even run when i double click the icon and if this happends then i have to restart the pc to make it run; also after few races the game is not responding again, same issue and again i have to restart pc to make it run again

i dont have any gfx problems.. and i drive it with a wheel.. only thing is, the force feedback at maximum is too strong

Aye, works absolutely fine for me too. Had trouble getting the car to feel 'right' with the wheel, and it still needs tweaking. Not sure if I like it enough to continue playing though.

I don't get why people attempt to play 'proper' race games with a keyboard or gamepad, though

lol i had no problems whatsoever,until i read adi's post then after about 3 hours of playing i got a vpu recover but it hasnt happened again. Running it maxed out bar AA which isnt realy needed at high screen res, gamepad would be ok for NFS as it isnt a proper sim. I just find this game much more enjoyable than grid plus i think grid online is no more!

Heres a list of fixes for the new Shift patch should be out on 1st december.Also includes 4 or 5 new cars and a new team racing mode for online sounds pretty good.

How do I add you to my friends list in-game? Do I just go into the EA messenger and select 'search' ?

Also, I've already found somebody to avoid online. Their name is hybrid7. They're an utter cunt, rams everybody off the track, never uses their brakes on corners etc. etc.
