Well... :)

I extracted the whole map and it is almost 50 Mb (47.8). If Ivan reduce files size we can make a resource. But I do not want to do it without Sanya Spy and KOHDYKTOP permission.

Edit: Checked some dff files (luckily we do not need LOD files, so the size is 38 Mb now) nd they are huge. I am not an expert, but I am not sure mta can handle these big objects. There are some custom trees and buildings too that we do not really need,

Yea I looked at it earlier, we'll see how it goes. Also cse what is the MTA folder in there for? Maybe it's good to go already? We'll get rid of the 4Gb of music ofc :)

I have no idea, but I was able to host an mta server. :) Basically they made this for SAMP.

Anyway here are the files: (put LOD dffs in the different folder, because as far as I know we do not need them)

I used imgtool to extract them (Grand Theft Auto SunCity Beta\models\suncity.img)

Checked many dffs and there are many that we do not need (trees, rocks, even original gta sa buildings), so maybe the whole resource will be around 20 Mb. I think that is not that bad.
