If u want to run MTA in windowed mode, extract this file in gta root directory

in window mode cant i use my mouse, its stuck at middle of the mta screen

i guess the lag depends on the computer
if u mean the ping lag then the answer is no, u wont have more lag

as about the mouse, open the console in mta and then u can use your mouse

I don't really like this file because I am used to using the anti-blur d3d9.dll file and that gets replaced by this file.
That way the screen lags whilst in nitro progress. I don't like that.

Bah, what is wrong with all of you that you need little programs here and there to make racing easier?

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I think that things like anti-blur should be considered as cheats - they are 3rd party programs that give you an advantage over ppl who are playing unmodded, just the same as speed cheats (in racing games) or aimbots/wallhacks (in first person shooters).

Like I said, I'm probably in the minority here, and by not using these programs I'm condemning myself to 2nd or 3rd place every time, but modding a game to make it easier seems wrong to me.

Just my two pence...

I average about 20-22fps WITH the anti-blur thing. But that's just my shitty PC.

Anywhos, that means that you have an advantage over me Heggy because you have the money to have a half-decent PC. Fair? Not really but I don't say anything. I just need to stop being so cheap XD

This program doesn't increase or decrease my FPS at all. The reason I use it because I hate the blur.
Then again, I can play without the antiblur and still, it will make '0' difference to the FPS for me.

Q. Where do you put the d3d9.dll flle?
A. Directly into your GTA San Andreas folder on your PC. It's not in any sun-folders, just in the main GTA San Andreas directory. Backup the one you already have if you can just incase you don't like it or it didn't work.
