MTA Problem

I start game normaly and when i click on quick connect (ip address wroten...) it opens window connecting, then after 10 sec. it says "connection timed out!" I tryed also with browse servers. He opens window and in left down corner says "Connecting to server". I left him about 5 min. and after that nothing is changed! Does anyone have a solution for this problem ?
