Blocking the road, driving backwards, intentionally ramming and disrupting the racing of others - are all fair reasons to get banned.
Also, he has kicked you that very night 2-3 times before he has banned you, which should have been enough for a wise person to fuck off, chill out some time and come back tomorrow maybe.
