Banned....

Its the first time I try to connect to SKC server and all i can read is : Disconnected: Serial is banned. Hell, wassup?? Why I am banned? It was the first time I was trying to connect to server and I'm banned? Please help me!

But now there is 1 more problem I can connect server, but the little update at the beginning doesnt download.. Then, after about 10 seconds, i get kicked, because the download didnt start. What to do?
