whats this banning for camp? Thats balls if you ask me. Admins have a blow button, if you cant use it, use kick, kick doesnt work ban for 12 hours. Ban sum1 for that pff There are other options in the admin panel apart from "ban for 1000 years" "mute for 1 day" Use them.

And whats wrong with teaming? I'm gonna loose anyway only when sum1 teams against me, I die a bit quicker. :lol:

there is nothing wrong with teaming, its cool. Tino is just a camper. he has been warned a lot. muted for blaming the admins, kicked and blowed for camping. And now banned for a day. I think thats correct.

omg, the dd server seems to be slipping out of control, i think we need to do something about it, either with admins, either with rules or something, lots of complains like this appeared lately and i think this should be something we should take care of..

2. Tino, along with his other actions, decided it was a good idea to insult Allah and then quit the server, so that contributed to his ban.
3. Canard, you were warned about getting involved when you shouldn't be, so I muted you, and yet you feel it necessary to PM me abuse? You can get to fuck. You always complain, no matter what, you interfere where you don't belong, and you think you're the hottest thing in the server?

Normal admins such as me or Allah can not change vehicles, and when they are changed its for a reason, such as the Camper van being awarded to campers..It doesn't give them an advantage..The spectate modes ghost admins cars so they can do admin stuff without being killed, call it an advantage that you can admin and play at the same time.

To be clear on this most admins can't change vehicles etc, thus allah aint doing that. Also Tino is a camper, he's been warned before and a ban seems appropiate however 1000 years is indeed much could be a month or so, dunno what le canard did but he's a cunt insulting me and other admins, I ignore it apparently other admins don't and that's their right...

The server is overrun with noobs and there's not an awful lot any admin can do about it without being accused of abuse/spied on/having other noobs get involved. People feel it necessary to get involved when they shouldn't, then when action is taken against them, more people get involved. Admins can't win, it's a chore, you can't play and admin at the same time anymore. Being an SKC/Admin is no longer a privilege, it's a job.

ok, ill try to help with this situation, ill make a warning script so admins can do /warn <nick>
on first warn he gets a message; 2nd warn message and 250 pts are deducted; 3rd warn message and 500 pts deducted; any warnings from now on will add 100 to the deduction points so will be 600,700 and so on on each warning
so 3 warnings will get him 750 pts off, 4 warnings means 850 etc

now tell me if the point numbers are good or need to be modified
also i will make sure to keep a log of admins who do this just in case we get complaints about abusing it

there will also be a protection, a user cant be warned again in the next 5 seconds after a warn

ok, the script is ready, i just need your oppinions on how much points it should deduct and the time you have to wait before you can warn that user again

the system works on serials, so even if they change name they will still have the old warns;
warns reset everyday
a log is kept of who warned who and the date so admins shouldn't abuse this because its really easy to find out why they did it; oh and it doesnt store your nickname but your logged-in username so admins changing nicks will appear with their actual user in the logs

right now you can warn a user every 10 seconds
1st warn: just a message
2nd warn: message and -250 pts
3rd warn: message and -500 pts
4th warn: message and -600 pts
and so on

if it will be abused, admin loses his admin rights.. simple the logs keep track of the date and hour for every single /warn command so its easy to look into the logs and see why he warned that guy...

i posted the log on the other topic; it seems to me that admins just keep abusing powers like changing vehicles, increasing game speed, starting random votes etc.

question for admin that were online: if griezel was in water why didnt he get blown up instead of havin game speed increased?
