| reinstall san andres then install mta again then downloade new directX then reset modem ^^ then all will be fixed ^^

the game works well like on EPG server, so quess no need for that...
dunno why but it seems like when it tries to dl those missing files, it probably tries them from site (am i wrong?) becaus 1st error is "could not resolve hostname" and after that only "timeout was reached", and after that site does not work.
dunno why but my internetz hass failed a lot in last few days, maybe it cuz of that
but if possible, if this tries the files from other than just server (read from wiki that this "timeout reached" comes if files are not found cuz of failed httpdownloadurl and 404 error) can be moved to server cuz there it can download i quess.

| oh then i don't know ur problem.. but t can be ur internett / ur connection that is something wrong with... hvae u try another computer and connect to server with ? or ?

still fails after i changed to that dns.
can i find the resources from site so give me the adress, have to manually update them from now on... gotta find some soft to do that for me, like sync my MTA resource folder w/ the sites one.
E: lol, after i changed my email at profile, my location changed its place to occupation field  and msn messenger jumped to Yahoo field.
E2: and all the times and dates fail. showin sumthin like UTC123Monday343803.

no can do lol, still cant connect
i just reinstalled win7 cuz i had probs w/ all slowing down (search in start menu took like 10sec to find anything). Full reinstall, all formatted. Just installed GTA+MTA, and still unable to connect, tried opendns, google dns and all. still it fails at lookin up hostname to dl files. reseted modem to factory default and leethaxed every thing everywhere i can to try solve dis prob.
adi or skey or who, can i dl de files straigght from webserver w/o mta in between. gimme de adress if i can
