'Author' stuck on screen

been on the server now and the by-line "author 'so and so'" below the map name is remaining on the middle of the screen for the duration of the round after the map loads, happens on all maps.

Is it just a server bug or what? Has me and others mystified

when u reconnect its away till the next map starts and the u see it again...
