I've been noticing lately the new "perks" you can acquire such as "Tanks A Lot" and "You Hunt".You probably know, and have witnessed, these from the intervention menu that appears periodically. Here's my point. My friends and I were playing this really good map(can't remember the name) and there were about three players left in the game. We were slamming, ramming, and all that stuff all trying to win. I had the S.W.A.T, everyone else had Tampas'. Intervention came up and whadda' you know, tanks a lot was chosen(of course). The other player of course got the rhino and killed(really noobed...) us and won. That's really not DD.
These things like intervention and the talk about"reverse handling" are raping straight, simple DD. I dont' have anything against intervention it's just that, people get impatient and choose the one that causes the most damage for the match to hopefully end. DD is supposed to be hell and unmerciful fun. Not to run and try to find a health pick-up! My Point Is, Straight DD Must Be Revived...
Cheers, Hugh (aka DOOM) SKC DD FOREVER! :P
