Sorry, but how to create moving objects and car pickups?

Car pickups is easy. btw I think you mean vehicle change.
First you have to add race gamemode to your map:
Start editor, load your map, definition, add race
then map settings, tab to Gamemodes and add race there too. Save your map.
Now you can create spawnpoints and pickups.
There are 5 icons at bottom left. Move your mouse there and use mouse scroll. Select Race Pickup and put it down where you need it. Select it, press F3, change type to vehiclechange and find the vehicle you want.
Moving objects:
There are two ways to make it.
You can use script or Object Movement Generator (OMG)
OMG is easyer for new mappers.
I highly suggest you to check this site:
You can download it from here:
Copy that zip file into your resource folder (MTA San Andreas 1.3\server\mods\deathmatch\resources\)
Start editor and type this in the chatbox: /start omg
It is not too difficult to use, I am sure you will find it out. Maybe there is a tutorial on youtube, but I am not sure.

Thanks a lot man  , but were can i select that "car change" i can select only thees: carona, ring, checkpoint

| Oh! You need vehicle change cp!!! It is easy too. Select the cp, press F3 and there is a vehicle setting in the properties menu (default: false). You just simple click on the brows button and select the vehicle that you want.
