today i saw someones car behaving not normal like:
when he rammed someone frontal he just bumped into the air (both had a Sultan) like he hit someone who got a car that was much lower than his, his car was also higher than all the other ones and he said he is using mods after i asked him
i also hited his side with full speed and he didn't move 1mm and got 0 dmg, and my and his ping was ~60 und both had 36fps 
and i saw in the settings something new: u can allow custom gta sa files:
 - Unbenannt.jpg (70.83 KiB) Viewed 10074 times
so is it possible to disallow players that checked this option to join?

then make a rule no mod are allowd in our server
coz this is something we can't have in our server
or block the mod files on the server that can also be made 
so all so have modify the file they will be kick or dosen't get enter the server att all before the have the orginal file on place

This is a big problem with DD, you hit someone very hard, and they don't move
idk if it's customized files or lag or what
but it makes me not player there

Is it possible to not allow customized GTA SA files on the server?
Because in the last two days on the DD server there were some guys with >100 mods (saw it on the admin panel) and their cars weren't behaving normal
The Sandking of one guy had the strength of a Dumper and it wheels looked like / \ because his car got pushed down to the ground (Necktrox can confirm that)
And that aren't just image mods that are working, that other guy today also had .col files (he could drive on the air)

I'm having problems with the new anti-mod script. I downloaded MC's unmodded files and I tried several GTA3.img replacements, but I'm still getting kicked all the time because the script detects a modified clover.dff or skimmer.dff or something. And that's getting pretty annoying...
