There were a few large projects for MTA that were finished within this week, the MTA developers have recently fixed Linux support, this means that from now on you can run your own Linux server on version 1.0 coded by MTA developer fspijkerman.

Also, MTA developer ryden has finished optimizing bandwidth usage for MTA
thus this will improve synchronisation for servers which contain a large amount of players which will reduce problems being occurred with a large amount of players in a server. Right now several bugs are being fixed, if things keep on going the way they are then I can guess a release by the end of August, just an estimate though as I could be wrong.

This is not really an 'announcement', is it? And what is 'Multiplayer Monitor' doing as the last sentence?

That spammer already registered on 14/07, so he wasnt pwned by the anti spam check during registration. New spammer registrations should be automatically blocked though.
