Hi there,
There was a bug on the server with the chat, you couldn't type more than 4-5 words in the chat, if you did the message didn't appear and you had to type like this:
"hi dude
how are
you
i'm ok
thanks"
and the second bug is with the chat blocking system where it says; your message cannot be send because it contains 5.39 (cs) 2.39( blablalba), i tried to say once "gg hestin" or something like that and it gave me that message. So what i'm saying is that this system is not working properly.

Try Hestish, it works 
To be serious, this chat problem happened to me when i was online, noone could type in a long message, then suddenly a huge chat lagg took place and everything was fine (all long messages appeared at one moment, rapidly)
And yes, this chat blocker doesnt work as it should, languages are very flexible these days
