Did u die just before the last map? If youre in a respawn countdown when map changes it can do a double start sometimes...

Same as if someone finishes a race, and if winner leaves straight away, 2nd place will also "win" even though someone else has finished. That makes the map randomly change after a race starts, it like starts 2 30second new map countdowns at once
