Ok here's the deal, from now on we are the 1st server who will be able to ban entire subnet masks
now when u ban a player his ip is stored on a local file and everytime he joins the server it gets kicked and receives a pm message telling him to go to www.teamskc.co.uk
also using !banip x.x.*.* u can ban more ips
you can use either:
!banip x.x.x.*
!banip x.x.*.*
or
!banip x.*.*.*
!unbanip works the same way
so everytime a player joins with an ip that starts like that it get kicked, not banned, just kicked
so the banned players on our server won't receive any 'You are banned from this server' message anymore (unless you ban him using rcon_ban console command)

ill see what i can do 
anyway, until then there's a new command available for admins:
!lastban
if a player is banned, when he joins u will see that he gets kicked; if u want to unban him use !lastban to find out what ip u need to unban and then use !unbanip <ip>
