You could start by not making 2 applications and actually playing on the server.

then they fail again for not posting in the Introduce yourself forum
ppl keep joining the forum and one of their first topics are 'Join application'; this fails big time and also means 90% that they wont get in

we're a community not just a server where you can play so just playing some on the server doesnt help ppl that much
