just quick commands for use quickly while racing, to make it easier to congratulate people and shit during a race...
like...
!gr = Nice racing mate!! Keep it coming!!! 
!gl = Good luck dude!!
or if you dont like how someone race's...
!br = Bad Racing dude!!! Stay the fuck away from me!!! 
!bl = I hope you crash and die in a fireball!!! 
I think with just these 4 short direct commands ud get alot more....um....'banter' mid race, and less people stopping to type a paragraph mid-race about how they got pwned by some crash.
And also some messages scrolling down every 5 minutes or something, just giving advice to noobs would help alot
like "Race with other people carefully or you wont last long!!"
and "Disrupt the server or the Race and you will be removed"
Just short, to the point, dont fuck about, have fun, race well etc, but be careful though, if its constant like every race, or every like 2 mins itll get annoying, 5-10minute messages possibly?

Adding these commands are simple - I will look into it tomorrow. I'm not going to have messages every five minutes advising people to drive safely though
