At first sight, i can instantly suggest to NOT do a tree-wall as you made with those palms in corners: causes a damn lot of lag! (for medium-old pc is true, for newest i don't know).
Be careful with trees, are the 1st source of lag (maybye the term is latency...).
For the rest seems good...

Tested your maps on my server. I mean I want test it, but all your maps did not work.
Wrong meta settings. min players 40 ect...
No spawnpoints on the map, just vehicles.
So I am not going to waste my time to fix your maps. I already have many shit to do.
