I thought he was still banned? If so, i'm not going to unban him. Everyone makes mistakes but being a thief is more than one bridge too far.
If he isn't currently banned he can play but i won't stop anyone who feels the need to ban him.

Both DEF and Xerion are still banned... it's OK to say no problem... but it needs some fixup, clearing the ban might be a decision to take

I don't mind unbanning Def. He pretty much got caught in the middle of that PiC mess.
Xerion has been given multiple chances already. This would be chance 3 or 4 if i'm counting correctly. Stealing our car models to start a competing server has been the ultimate drop for me. It has to stop somewhere. Not to mention the endless discussion it starts everytime he's allowed back in.

Came online this afternoon to find out all both were unbanned including i514x who was actually on our server. Heck why don't we just send our scripts to him so he can steal them?
DEF is fine but Xerion & i514?!

but it think its ultimately the banning admin's decision so i think skey should have the last word on it

In that case it's a NO for Xerion. I'm usually the first to unban someone if i feel any sort of sympathy for them. That just isn't the case here anymore.
No problem with Def.
I'm actually the one who unbanned i514 some time ago 
He apologized and asked for an unban. I first said no and he simply accepted that without making a fuzz. Based on that i felt (and still feel) he deserved/deserves another chance and has learned his lesson.
