3) Assumed reason for the ban - Arguing with SKC admin.
4) Name of the admin who banned you - Obelix
5) Your own nickname at the time of the ban - Gene
6) IP + Serial - 88.222.157.145 Dont know what u mean with serial.

If u would ask me how did it all start...
Race started, map didnt load so fast for me so i started a bit late.
I cought up to everyone and [SKC]Obelix rammed me. I didnt say anything at all. Then:
Kennyman - ban him (not to me)
Obelix - Who ?
Kennyman - Fucking noobs
Me - There are lots of them lol

Obelix - Starting with you
Gene - Ur the one who rammed me lol
Got kicked from the server becouse i argued...
Gene - U kick me if I ramn u, U kick me if u ramn me... I just play

Obelix - Blocking road - Ban
Gene - Lol i never block...
Banned from the server.

i was online at the moment when all this happend and jesus, as i recall it was 1hour ban so it probably got outdated while you were posting this unban apply (which is surprisingly specific and well build acording to 'official' form)

there was a lot of randomly crashing noobs at the moment of the ban so it could have just been an unfortunate accident, anyway youre just making a mountain out of a mole-hill

for crashing maybe but i guess blocking people on purpose is bannable offense, in that case even if it was single block it deserved ban (1 hour), i know its only a game but we have two different servers where you can crash into other people, race should stay as clean as possible from stuff like this

I wrote this not becouse of 1h unban. I wrote this, becouse Obelix ban's everyone he doesnt like. For example me. i didnt block any player at all.

It was MW, full server, GMs OFF, he was at the start of startgrid [OX Night Walk], doing nothing after "GO!"

I bumped in him, somebody bumped in me, I evaded him, somebody bumped him after that, but I kept racing, altho, I usually kick for such blocking instantly. Then, the server was packed with noobs who were ramming each other (and laughing about it over skype), ramming others, others moaning about it... And then, this prick decided to argue with me whether he was blocking the road or not, not mentioning any "sorry all" - kick. He came back, went on - ban 1 hour.

I could have muted him, forced GM ON, but why doing so much work when I can set one slot free for other players, who know how to behave? He could have come back 1 hour later, when mw was over, when all the hype, honking, cursing, ramming, pings and lags have subsided, and play the way he likes. There was too big demand for our slots, to let idiots occupy them. And whenever it happens - I purge afkers, rammers, blockers and other misbehaves, from the server.

im not sure but if the map doesnt load for a player on time they just fell under the textures or doesnt appear on the grid at all, but this happens for custom build maps and custom models, since this race (OX Night walk) is set on original map and the car is original as well (bullet) i can hardly believe your explanation that it didnt load for you on time

- It's a stock map - no SA objects, no custom objects, no custom cars. It's either because you live far far away and connect via dial-up, or because you use 1970s computer [mine's from 2006. and map loaded just in time for me]. None of which is an excuse for not letting 29 players behind you race in peace.

- For such a thing, intentional or not, you get kicked. I've skipped doing so, because I wanted to enjoy in the map. But I wasn't that lucky.

- Same as everybody else. People curse, bitch, give names on our server all the time, and admins are no exception. It's up to everyone whether they're going to take it all so emotionally, as end-of-the-world insults, hurt feelings... or get over it, curse back and continue to play. - Think before using keyboard next time. Think hard. Take a deep breath. Count to 10. Then use it. Learn something from this new experience.

- You might even become a SKC member in a few years. Like all those I've banned at some point, who complained to soft hearten Hitman and other leaders, who removed my admin powers and accepted them to the clan, who after realizing who they were banned them out of the clan and gave me back the powers.

My pc is rly good, dont know why it didnt load at a time. I didnt even se 3 2 1 count. I had black screen with map in a corner, when i saw my car everyone started to drive, so i lost ~1 sec

You baned/kicked innocent person. And you still try to blaim it on me. What if my pc isnt good enough to load ur server ? What ? U will buy me new one ? And no, no one should insult others. Specialy admins.

What did i do wrong ? Acording to them i blocked [SKC]PYGsteriK before ramp... Which if i did i didnt ment to do. I got kicked. Few times. Then banned then muted then he said another moaning and ur muted. I said you fucked my day again and then he banned me ^ ^

What can i say ? If i tell truth he doesnt like to get others truth so he ban people. I talk to much, i drive bad for him... Tho i finish allways higher than he does. Anyways i want to say that he bans me becouse i talk too much. And i dont even insult anyone...

Plz fix that guy, becouse he just bans me and bans me for nonsence ... I didnt block Pyg on purpose okey ? And that first ban was for totally nothing ... Apeared with gm off and he rammed in my back WOW got banned.

As I'm obviously a highly positioned member of the Team SKC Council, I propose that we grant "Gene" immunity to any and all punishments. These include but are not limited to Mute, Kick and Ban.

He should also be given a head-start in every Match, to make up for his slow computer loading speed.

As for Obelix;

For his obvious and utterly abusive behaviour, Obelix will be sentenced to clean Gene's car once every Week, wearing nothing but a Mankini.

This should be enough to accommodate for all damage that has been caused to Gene - damage which will never fade away nor possible to heal.

It's not if I want to talk much or not, it's that I and others don't want to listen him that much. Whatever he experiences, he comments on it. Sometimes we just want to race and not lose concentration on his nonsense (especially when he asks us personally something). And it gets harder and harder as the time goes by.

That's before we mention disrespect to admins, denying responsibility, telling us what to do, demanding reports from us why we did that... He doesn't know when to stop or that his chatter is over the top annoying. Normal people, after being muted, kicked or banned, change behaviour in order to fit in and carry on playing, but he doesn't, he just carries on with where we interrupted him, but more intense than before.

What I fail to understand is why you punish him again simply because he wants to know why he was muted and/or kicked, even banned.

If you took action against him, you should also know why you did so - why not just answer his question so he can learn from his mistakes? Punishing him again only because he wants some clarification doesn't make things better. And even more so like Whiskey stated, going offensive and asking if he's under 18 with the sole purpose to insult him - doesn't make you look any better yourself.

I also understand the position Gene is in, I too like to Race but I also tend to get in the way a lot - because I'm clumsy, I'm not used to the whole arcade-ish racing in GTA:SA so I often bump into others, 31Check and Pyg can probably confirm this by now

There are also occasions where others bump into me and I lose control and others behind me drive into me - and in their eyes, it's my fault 'cause they most of the times didn't see whomever bumped into me.

Then again, they just put me in Ghost Mode which I'm fine with - but kicking him when there's the option to GM him, why?

Honestly I think the rules regarding crashing should be less strict, there are so many factors that contribute to a player losing control and crashing - it's a race, it happens. If you don't like it then put yourself in GM, not others.

Now for delibiretly blocking others is a whole different thing.

Its just getting funny for me that in all this threat im the one who is guilty acording to them and that makes my feelings hurt

I dont want others attention as whiskey say. With this thread i wanted to show what Obelix does wrong and you might teach him a lesson. Honestly i dont want him to loose the admin rights, I just want him to learn.
