So I thought I made an introduction post some years ago. Either it vanished or I was so drunk that I convinced myself I did it, even though I didn't... So I will introduce myself to whom may not yet know me, and reflect on my years in SKC.
I first started playing some 5 years ago on DD. I didn't play often, neither did I involve in any conversations. But I did like the gamemode a lot. Around 2 years ago I started playing SKC more often, and got involved in the community. The first friend I made was Rami-X. He became Lamemod and we had a nice time. But then, Rami-X got banned by Jini because he lost a bet at the World Cup football. SKC DD had temporarily lost it's only active moderator/admin. DD was chaotic. I asked Obelix on Race if he could grant me mod rights to supervise the DD server. He told me to PM Whiskey, and so I did.
Whiskey told me a vote for mew lamemods was being held and that if less than 5 players were chosen, I would get lamemod rights as well. And some days later, Njora, Zeper, Legends and me became lamemods.
I've met lots of great people with different personalities over these years, and made lots of friends. Some of those friends have disappeared, like Tox, but I mostly gained friends. Rami-X and I started N//, which experienced changes, death, and resurrection, but still stands today.
The people I grew closest to must be Rami-X, Bubu, Necktrox, Ryan, Abraxas, Zeper, and someone I must have forgotten(I apologize). I also befriended others like GR!ZZLY, Rhaewan, Justin, Emrah and others.
After a year or so I started to get better at DM and played there more and more often. I went inactive for a few months but afterwards I started playing DM frequently. At first I was a DJ there, people referred to me as "Ryan 2.0" because of my similar musical interests. Ryan is a remarkable person. He is the first one I befriended on DM. He is ignorant and stubborn, but he's always friendly. Even though people hate to admit it, we all love those things about him. Later on I was granted Lamemod rights on DM as well as on DD.
I have been an SKC member now for about 2 months and I think most people are well acquainted with me. Nowadays I play in the time between dinner and coffee time, and you will usually find me participating in the Most Wanted events of DD and DM.
