I got that Windows' welcome screen, with my pc's name and avatar every time I turn on my pc. Now, I got some msg, from win. live contact (clearly showing the contact's address and amount of msgs), but if I check my e-mail client, or windows live's inbox, I see nothing. Not even in deleted/junk folders. Whats going on?

It always takes a couple of seconds for windows live to download the emails to the client. Perhaps this is your problem?
If nothing happens after 30 seconds, my best guess is that there's something wrong with the adress of the place where it downloads the emails from.

no idea.. but what i know is... that contact sent me msg while i was offline, so it popped out, as soon as I got online the first next time.... but only after I restarted computer (after that) I started getting that msg... maybe, it's just a too late announce...
