reinstall mta i did that and it works ^^
if u don't need to downloade all resourse files spearate.. dunno how to do that xD

Plodders was kind and helped to fix mine like a 2 weeks back, been too busy to play...

but heres how i got mine to work:

get completely rid of ure old one, but backup MTA/coreconfig.xml

get one untested build , i have untested-2 but i think others should work too. also get .

then get this row somewhere under settings part of ure backupped config
<single_download>1</single_download>

then put that config back to MTA folder under installion dir.

then try and cry here if i missed some part of this guide :roll:
