Hotmail sucks. It appears to delete every single email that's sent from these forums, including activation emails and "I've forgotten my password" emails. I advise you to change your forum email address setting to a non-Hotmail address, but meanwhile if you're stuck without access to the site, either come and talk to me in-game, on IRC (#skc on irc.gtanet.com), or email dave AT bagpuss.me.uk
Edit: It turns out that Yahoo also seems to have this problem

pretty strange  i does get them only not on tha place where i want to get them...
i get them on the place where the Emails come's that u don't like and don't wanna see anymore from that IP / Site
